The position is located in the Development and IT Governance unit.

Job Responsibilities

As an IT Security Specialist with us, you play a crucial role in identifying, analyzing, and managing potential cyber threats. You will work with vulnerability scanning and penetration testing, ensure that security measures are implemented and followed up, and manage patch and vulnerability management.

We offer you a central role in our incident management team, where you collaborate with various parties to identify and manage IT security incidents.

Furthermore, you will work strategically with security governance, advisory, and ensure that security aspects are considered during the procurement of IT systems and changes in the operational environment. You will stay updated on security challenges, conduct internal training, and contribute to increased security awareness throughout the organization.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with solid experience in IT security in larger IT environments, preferably within the public sector. You have in-depth knowledge of SIEM solutions, digital forensics, and threat analysis, as well as a good understanding of secure architecture and design, including Zero Trust and IAM solutions.

You have experience in continuity and disaster planning from an IT security perspective and an understanding of security standards and regulations such as NIS2, ISO 27001, and GDPR. If you also have certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or OSCP, that is something we view very positively.

To succeed in this role, you are analytical, structured, and have strong communication skills that allow you to translate technical security risks into business-relevant actions. You can convey information in a pedagogical and inclusive manner so that it becomes manageable for the recipient.

Final candidates for the position will undergo a security clearance as the position is classified.
